Coach Daniel
Daniel was raised in Plano, Texas, where his passion for tennis was sparked by his grandfather, who introduced him to the sport at a young age. Over the years, he honed his skills at prestigious institutions like Brookhaven Country Club, Brigham Young University, and the Florida Tennis Academy, where he not only played but gained valuable insights into the game. His extensive experience allows him to work effectively with players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors.
Coach Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and a love for the game that helps him connect with his students and foster their development. His coaching style emphasizes patience, encouragement, and helping players reach their full potential, regardless of where they start.
One of his fondest tennis memories was attending the US Open, where he witnessed an exciting match between Alex Corretja and Carlos Moya. Though he was rooting for Moya, he had to restrain his enthusiasm because he was sitting next to Corretja’s father. Moments like these fuel his love for the sport and his dedication to sharing that passion with his students
